The Nudge app, created by TECHYTECH LLC, operates as a freemium service. Downloading or using the application constitutes automatic agreement to these terms.

Intellectual Property

Users are prohibited from unauthorized copying, modification of the Application or attempting to extract source code or create derivative versions. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

Service Modifications

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the application or charge for services at any time and for any reason, with charges clearly communicated beforehand.

Security Responsibilities

Users must maintain phone security and avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices, which could expose phones to malware and compromise functionality.

Third-Party Services

The application uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, each with their own terms.

Internet & Device Requirements

The Service Provider bears no responsibility if the application underperforms due to lack of WiFi access, exhausted data allowance, or dead batteries.

Data Charges

Users accept responsibility for mobile provider charges incurred through app usage, including roaming fees when applicable.

Updates & Termination

Users must accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may cease providing the application without providing termination notice.

User Consent

Users consent to data collection as outlined. Opt-out options exist through device settings, though this may affect certain features.

Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may update terms periodically; users should review regularly.
